Kinetik an international journal, provides a forum for publishing the novel technologies related to Game Technology, Information System, Computer Network, Computing, Electronics, and Control. Scientific articles dealing with the following topics as an Aims and Scopes. Author must pass this requirement:

1. The writing must be compliant with the guideline.
2. There are no words and images in Bahasa.
3. The literature supports the research. (It is planned to increase the number of journal reference for at least 20 journals).
4. It is important to find the research contributions either in abstract or in introduction. Check contribution keywords such as However and also the keywords that counteract previous research.
5. The research is flexible to be re-engineered as seen from methodology.
6. The tests/experiements have references (either from specified standard or from previous literature)
7. The data supports the experiments
8. Draw conclusions based on the testing result (It is not suddenly come out).

The suitable article will be given to reviewers in order to assess the depth analysis of article.

All papers submitted to the journal must be written in good English. Authors for whom English is not their native language are encouraged to have their paper checked before submission for grammar and clarity. English language and copyediting services can be provided by International Science Editing and Asia Science Editing. The work should not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

1. General Author Guidelines

All manuscripts must be submitted to KINETIK Editorial Office using Online Submission at E-Journal portal address: http://kinetik.umm.ac.id where author register as Author by online. If authors have any problems on the online submission, please contact Editorial Office at the following email: kinetik@umm.ac.id.

The following documents should accompany the manuscripts submitted by online through online submission interface (upload as supplementary files):

  • Signed Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) form originally (scan the document after signed)
  • A covering letter outlines the basic findings of the paper and their significance.

Three types of manuscripts are acceptable for publication: Original Research Articles, Short Communication, and Review Articles (not preferable, based on invitation).

2. Manuscript Template

3. Reviewing of manuscripts

Every submitted paper is independently reviewed by at least two peer-reviewers. The decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation and made by Editor. If two or more reviewers consider a manuscript unsuitable for publication in this journal, a statement explaining the basis for the decision will be sent to the authors within three months of the submission date.

4. Revision of manuscripts

Manuscripts sent back to the authors for revision should be returned to the editor without delay. Revised manuscripts can be sent to editorial office through the Online Submission Interface (http://kinetik.umm.ac.id/index.php/kinetik). The revised manuscripts returned later than three months will be considered as new submissions.

5. Manuscript Format

Title

Title is in English, Max 15 Words, Center Alignment, Bold, Arial 14, Capitalized Each Word

Abstract

A well-prepared abstract enables the reader to identify the basic content of a document quickly and accurately, to determine its relevance to their interests, and thus to decide whether to read the document in its entirety. The Abstract should be informative and completely self-explanatory, provide a clear statement of the problem, the proposed approach or solution, and point out major findings and conclusions. The Abstract should be 100 to 250 words in length. The abstract should be written in the past tense. Standard nomenclature should be used and abbreviations should be avoided. No literature should be cited. The keyword list provides the opportunity to add keywords, used by the indexing and abstracting services, in addition to those already present in the title. Judicious use of keywords may increase the ease with which interested parties can locate our article.

Keywords

The keywords should be avoiding general and plural terms and multiple concepts. Do not use words or terms in the title as keywords. These keywords will be used for indexing purposes. Keywords should not more than 5 words or phrases in alphabetical order.

Introduction

The Introduction should provide a clear background, a clear statement of the problem, the relevant literature on the research subject, the proposed approach or solution or method, and the new value or novelty of research. Organization and citation of the bibliography are made in Vancouver style. The terms in foreign languages are written italic. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction, Research Method, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, References. Acknowledgement and Notation can be written before References section if needed.
The manuscripts must be submitted through the website http://kinetik.umm.ac.id by following the specified registration flow. The entire registration and submission process of manuscript are free of charge. The length of manuscript is minimum 6 pages and maximum 10 pages based on article format according to the provided template.

Research Method

Research method explains research chronological, including research design, research procedure (in the form of algorithms, pseudocode or other related things), how to test, and data acquisition process. Any description related to research method should be supported by reference.

Illustration on article can be figures and (or) tables. Figure and table are presented in center (center alignment) and placed immediately after paragraph in which figure and table are cited in the main text. All illustration should be cited in the text. Before and after figure/table should be given an empty line with single space (10 pt) as a space to text paragraph and two space (10 pt) as a space to another section.
Both, figure and table, should be named and captioned. The name and caption are italic style, center alignment, 10 pt font size, and single spacing. Ensure that both, name and caption, do not run across columns/pages. Table name and caption could be placed above the table, meanwhile figure name and caption could be placed below the figure. Dot should be written between the figure/table name and figure/table caption. Text in figure and table should be clearly readable. Figure and graph must be in good quality. Moreover, the style of lines in graph must be clearly distinguished. In print journal, all colored illustrations will be displayed in black-and-white color. Table is not in image form. Spacing between columns or between lines must be considered in order to avoid errors during the display arrangement. The mathematical equation should be written using equation tools, not in image form. The mathematical equation is presented in center (center alignment), placed immediately after it is cited in text, and numbered according to their order of appearance in the main text.

Results and Discussion

This section explain the results of research and at the same time is given the comprehensive discussion. Results can be presented in figures, graphs, tables and others that make the reader understand easily. The discussion can be made in several sub-sections. The issues should be explain in general to specific that are written systematically. The relevant references should be used to describe each issue. Each reference used must be written in bibliography or References section and each reference written in References section must be cited in the main text.

Conclusion

Provide a statement that what is expected as stated in the Introduction section, and obtained in Results and Discussion section. Moreover, it can also be added the prospect of the development of research results and application prospects of further studies into the next (based on result and discussion).

References

The main references are international journals and proceeding. All references should be to the most pertinent and up-to-date sources. References are written in IEEE style. Each citation should be written in the order of appearance in the text. Please use a consistent format for references.
